У постановці теорії ігор розглянуто задачу стартового керування коливаннями точок струни за даним законом. Параметрами керування для гравців є початкове положення та початкова швидкість струни. Знайдено оптимальне керування гравців як для дискретного, так і для неперервного випадку.
