We establish conditions for the the classical well-posedness of the problem and prove metric theorems on the lower bounds of small denominators appearing in the course of its solution. В області, яка є добутком відрізка на $p$-вимірний тор, досліджено коректність задачі з нелокальними крайовими умовами для рівняння з частинними похідними, не розв'язаного відносно старшої похідної за виділеною змінною. Встановлено умови класичної коректності задачі. Доведено метричні теореми про оцінки знизу малих знаменників, які виникають при побудові розв'язку задачі.
