Доведено узагальнені теореми Нетера для сингулярного інтегрального рівняння з ядром Коші на замкненій жордановій спрямліованій кривій у класах кусково-неперервних функцій з розривами типу осциляції. Отримано результати про нормальну розв'язність асоційованих з рівнянням операторів, що діють як у банахово, так і в неповні нормовані простори кусково-неперервних осцилюючих функцій.
