Розглядається складний осцилюючий пуассопівський процес із двостороннім відбиттям. Він задається за допомогою неперервного зверху складного пуассонівського процесу ξ(t) та його функціоналів: моменту першого виходу ξ(t) з інтервалу та моментів першого виходу за верхній та нижній рівні. Основні характеристики такого осциліоючого процесу вивчаються у введених В. С. Королкжом термінах потенціалу й резольвенти процесу ξ(t). Для цього уточнюються тотожпості Є. А. Печерського та деякі інші результати для неперервних зверху пуассопівських процесів.
