Знайдені необхідні та достатні умови, за якими всі мінімальні пасивні системи розсіяння, що мають задану передаточну оператор-функцію, унітарно еквівалентні. Ці умови помітно спрощуються в спеціальних, але важливих для застосувань випадках; зокрема, у випадку, коли передаточна функція с раціональною, та у більш загальному випадку, коли вона с псевдопродовжуваною.
