Знайдено точні оцінки знизу поперечників за Колмогоровим в метриках $C$ і $L$ класів функцій високої гладкості, елементи яких витокоподібно зображаються у вигляді згорток із твірними ядрами, що можуть збільшувати осциляції. Обчислено точні значення найкращих наближень тригонометричними поліномами таких класів.
