Операторными методами досліджується початково-крайова задача для збуреного руху тіла з порожниною, частково заповненою ідеальною рідиною, відносно рівномірного обертання системи навколо фіксованої осі. Доведено існування та єдиність узагальнених розв'язків зі скінченною енергією, одержана достатня умова стійкості руху і встановлені деякі властивості спектра задачі.
