Розглядаються питання сильної сумовності рядів Фур'є за ортонормованими системами поліноміального вигляду. Знайдено локальну характеристику точок сильної сумовності таких рядів для сумовних функцій. Показано, що множина цих точок має повну міру на відрізку рівномірної'обмеженості систем, що розглядаються.
