Досліджується нелокальна за часовою змінною крайова задача для системи диференціальних рівнянь з частинними похідними і сталими коефіцієнтами. На базі метричного підходу доведена коректність задачі в шкалі просторів Соболева періодичних за просторовими змінними функцій, а також побудоване явне зображення розв'язку з використанням матричного числення.
