Розглядаються питання сильної сумовності рядів Фур'є за ортонормованими системами поліно-міального вигляду. Знайдено локальну характеристику точок сильної сумовності таких рядів для сумовних функцій. Показано, що множина цих точок має повну міру на відрізку рівномірної обмеженості систем, що розглядаються.
