Для систем $q$ лінійних диференціальних рівнянь $n$-го порядку з поліноміальними матрицями-коефіцієнтами за допомогою контурного інтеграла Лапласа будується фундаментальна сім'я формальних розв'язків, визначених в деякому секторі комплексної площини. Виведені асимптотичні зображення вказаних розв'язків для великих додатних значень незалежної змінної.
