Розглядаються гамільтонові системи механічного типу на скрученому кодотичному розшаруванні многовиду, який допускає гладку вільну дію тора. У випадку, коли симетрії цих систем, породжені дією тора, непуассонові, описано схему редукції Лі - Картана і з’ясовано структуру редукованого фазового простору та редукованих гамільтоніанів.
