Вивчаються лінійні рівняння і оператори в просторі матриць. Визначаються трансформації матричних рівнянь, що дозволяють одержати умови розв’язності та інерціальні властивості ерміто-вих розв’язків. Використовуються нові матричні сім’ї (колективи) в теорії інерції і позитивної оберненості лінійних операторів, зокрема в задачах локалізації спектрів матриць та матричних пучків.
