Для узагальнених алгебр Вейля, які містять універсальну обгоргуючу алгебру $U_{sl} (2, К)$ ал­гебри Лі $sl (2)$ над полем характеристики 0, класифікуються двосторонні ідеали. Показано, що добуток ідеалів переставний і довільний власний ідеал однозначно розкладається в добуток первинних ідеалів.
