Методом монотонних операторів одержана теорема існування розв'язку, що має спеціальну властивість для еліптичної варіаційної нерівності з розривним напівмонотонним оператором, яка потім застосовується для доведення існування напівправильного розв'язку, варіаційної нерівності з диференціальним напівлінійним оператором еліптичного типу високого порядку з несиметричною лінійною частиною і розривною нелінійністю.
