We find possible values of  curvature of the Grassmann manifold along the  planes tangential to the Grassmann image of a two-dimensional nonisotropic surface with flat normal connection in the four-dimensional Minkowski space. It is shown that if the surface with  flat normal connection is time-like, then the analyzed curvature may take values from the set $[0,1].$ However, if the surface with flat normal connection is space-like, then this curvature may take values from $(-\infty,-1]$ in the case of a space-like Grassmann image or the values from $[0,\infty)$ in the case of a time-like Grassmann image. The existence of two-dimensional nonisotropic surfaces with flat normal connection and constant curvature of their Grassmann image is proved for all values of curvature from the obtained sets. |

В работе найдены значения, которые может принимать кривизна грассманова многообразия вдоль площадок, касательных к грассманову образу двумерной поверхности с плоской нормальной связностью в четырехмерном пространстве Минковского. Показано, что в случае времениподобной поверхности с плоской нормальной связностью и постоянной кривизной её грассманова образа, эта кривизна принимает значения из множества $[0,1]$. Если же поверхность с плоской нормальной связностью является пространственноподобной и имеет постоянную кривизну грассманового образа, то значения этой кривизны принадлежат множеству $(-\infty,-1]$ в случае пространственноподобного грассманова образа и являются неотрицательными в случае времениподобного грассманова образа. Доказано существование поверхности для каждого значения из соответственных промежутков. УДК 514.764 Знайдено значення, яких може набувати кривина грассманового многовиду вздовж площин, дотичних до грассманового образу двовимірної неізотропної поверхні з плоскою нормальною зв’язністю у чотиривимірному просторі Мінковського. Показано, що у випадку часоподібної поверхні з плоскою нормальною зв’язністю кривина набуває значень з множини $[0,1].$ Якщо ж поверхня з плоскою нормальною зв’язністю є просторовоподібною, то значення цієї кривини належать множині $(-\infty,-1]$ у випадку просторовоподібного грассманового образу і є невід'ємними у випадку часоподібного грассманового образу. Доведено існування двовимірних неізотропних поверхонь з плос\-кою нормальною зв’язністю та сталою кривиною їх грассманового образу для всіх значень кривини зі знайдених множин.
