Получен критерий разрешимости линейных неоднородных краевых задач для систем обыкновенных дифференциальных уравнений с импульсным воздействием в общем случае, когда число краевых условий не совпадает с порядком дифференциальной системы (нетеровы задачи). Построен обобщенный оператор Грина таких краевых задач. Показана его связь с обобщенным обратным оператором к оператору исходной краевой задачи. Одержано критерій розв’язності лінійних неоднорідних крайових задач для систем звичайних диференціальних рівнянь з імпульсним впливом у загальному випадку, коли число крайових умов не співпадає з порядком системи (нетерові задачі). Побудовано узагальнений оператор Гріна таких крайових задач. Показано його зв’язок з узагальненим оберненим оператором до оператора вихідної крайової задачі.
