Trigonometric problem of moments with a port, the Levinson algorithms and certain applied problems
Eficient criteria for solvability of the trigonometric moment problem with a hatch in terms of coefficients of a recurrence relation governed by orthogonal polynomials on the unit circle are given. The criteria are based on the Levinson procedure. The potential, for applications is discussed.

Предлагается эффективный критерий разрешимости тригонометрической проблемы моментов с люком в терминах коэффициентов рекуррентных соотношений, которым подчинены полиномы, ортогональные на единичной окружности. Критерий основан на процедуре Левинсона. Обсуждаются возможные приложения результатов. Пропонується еффективний критерій розв’язку тригонометричної проблеми моментів з люком у термінах коефіцієнтів рекурентних співвідношень, яким задовольняють многочлени, ортогональні на одиничному колі. В основі критерію лежить процедура Левінсона. Розглянуто можливі практичні застосування результатів.
