Формулируются общие условия регулярности точки относительно системы нелинейных уравнений. Показано, что если выполнены условия регулярности, то общая задача математического программирования может быть сведена к минимизации негладкой штрафной функции и необходимые условия экстремума могут быть сформулированы в наиболее общей форме. Сформульовані загальні умови регулярності точки відносно системи нелінійних рівнянь Якщо ці умови задовольняються, то загальна задача математичного програмування може бути зведена до задачі мінімізації недиференційованої штрафної функції, що дає змогу формулювати необхідні умови екстремуму в найбільш загальній формі.
