Получены оптимальные (в некотором смысле) условия гармоничности функций на гильбертовом пространстве, вытекающие из оценок порядка роста сумм независимых случайных величин. Вместе с полученными ранее условиями гармоничности, основанными на оценках порядка роста сумм зависимых случайных величин и на оценках порядка роста сумм ортогональных случайных величин, они дают возможность охватить новые классы гармонических функций бесконечного числа переменных. Одержані оптимальні (в деякому розумінні) умови гармонічності функцій на гільбертовому просторі, що випливають з оцінок порядку зростання сум незалежних випадкових величин. Разом з одержаними раніше умовами гармонічності, основаними на оцінках порядку зростання сум залежних випадкових величин та на оцінках порядку зростання сум ортогональних випадкових величин, вони дають можливість охопити нові класи гармонічних функцій нескінченного числа змінних.
