УДК 517.9 Розглянуто задачу оптимального керування системою диференціальних рівнянь зі швидкоколивними коефіцієнтами та коерцитивним цільовим функціоналом. Кінцевий момент часу не фіксований і визначається як перший момент потрапляння фазової точки на задану замкнену обмежену підмножину фазового простору. Доведено розв'язність цієї задачі та обґрунтовано збіжність оптимальних розв'язків вихідної задачі до оптимального процесу задачі з усередненими параметрами.
