Основной результат работы состоит в том, что при стандартных ограничениях на функцию $\omega (\delta)$:
\[\omega(\delta)\leq C\delta\int_{\delta}^1\frac{\omega(t)}{t^2}dt,\quad 0<\delta<1/2,\quad C=const>0,\]
получено описание классов $C_{\Delta}^{\omega} (L)$ в терминах возможной скорости приближения функции $u(z)$ в малых окрестностях дуги $L$ гармоническими полиномами. |
