Построены и исследованы самосопряженные операторы, соответствующие указанным в заглавии задачам; описана взаимосвязь областей определения дробных степеней этих операторов с пространствами Соболева. Сформулированы результаты по разрешимости некоторых ранее не рассматривавшихся задач для нелинейных параболических уравнений. Побудовані та досліджені самоспряжені оператори, що відповідають зазначеним у заголовку задачам; описаний взаємозв’язок областей визначення дробових степенів цих операторів із просторами Соболева. Сформульовані результати з розв’язності деяких задач, що раніше не розглядались, для нелінійних параболічних рівнянь.
