Резюме:The use of centrifugal regulators in low-power wind turbines (VT) simplifies the design of the installation but requires consideration of the specifics of regulation. Thus, for wind turbine-controlled wind turbines, G. H. Sabinin proposed the design of the centrifugal regulator ГС-4 and its mathematical model, which was further improved, and the Institute of Renewable Energy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine proposed a mathematical model of the centrifugal regulator of the rotor VT in antifluge control.The development of technological capabilities allows to make blades with an extension from its end to the camel in the range from 1:2 to 1:4 and with a torsion of the blade chord up to 30°, which allows to bring the real profile of the blade closer to the calculated one. However, the deviation of the direction of the moment of inertia of the blade from the chord of the blade can reach 20°, which was taken into account in recent  mathematical models of the centrifugal regulator of the rotor VT in antifluge control. This paper proposes an improved mathematical model of the centrifugal regulator of the rotor of the wind turbine with antiweather control taking into account the angle between the chord of the blade and the vector of the inertia of the blade, which allowed to obtain an expression for determining the static characteristics of the centrifugal  regulator. regulator, which are used in its adjustment to obtain the required nominal speed of the rotor of the wind turbine.
