Description
Summary:Elevator systems are one of the main types of vertical transporta tion of people and goods in office and residential buildings. Designing them, electromechanical systems have a number of requirements regarding the safety of operation and the level of energy efficiency of the mechanism in general. The task of the research is to ensure the accuracy of the specified motion law of the cab within the operating cycle which is required by the terms of the Safety Rules. One of the ways to solve this problem is using new modern electric drive systems, and one of the most promising is the electromechanical system usingvector-controlled induction motor. Using a specific elevator system within the package of applications "MATLAB" was developed a model of electromechanical system for research its static and dynamic operation modes. The research was done using a given velocity diagram and the absence of a crawling speed period. Basing on the analysis of research results of positioning accuracy of the elevator system and its power indicators we can say that expediency of using of electromechanical system of the elevator hoisting installation with vector control is proved. The obtained accuracy level working on the specified movement diagram of the elevator system allows to exclude crawling speed period from the general algorithm of movement what allows to decrease level of capital and operational costs, and also to increase of level of productivity of the mechanism as a whole.
