Dobrova of the NAS of Ukraine, statistical data on the development of research in the field of renewable energy by the institutions of the Department of Physical and Technical Problems of Energy of the NAS of Ukraine for the period from 1995 to 2000 are given. A steady trend of growth in the number of works on this topic was noted - during the considered period, their number increased approximately 4 times. It is shown that there is a high correlation coefficient between the effectiveness of works and the amount of financing, other things being equal. На основі даних моніторингу результатів наукових досліджень, який проводиться Інститутом досліджень науково-технічного потенціалу та історії науки ім. Г. М. Доброва НАН України, наведено статистичні данні щодо розвитку досліджень в галузі відновлюваної енергетики установами Відділення фізико-технічних проблем енергетики НАН України за період з 1995 по 2000 рік. Відзначено стійкий тренд зростання кількості робіт з цієї тематики – за розглянутий період їх кількість зросла приблизно в чотири рази. Показано, що між результативністю робіт та обсягом фінансування за інших рівних умов існує високий коефіцієнт кореляції.
