Резюме:The article describes the established modes of joint operation of the solar power plant and an energy storage system, which ensure the release of electrical energy produced at the solar power plant's own generating facilities directly into the electrical power system, the transfer of electrical energy in the event of its excess at the peak intensity of solar radiation or at a low price of electrical on the energy market during periods of surplus in the power system by means of charging and discharging accumulator batteries, the selection of additional volumes of electrical from the electrical power system for increase the economic efficiency of using the available capacity of accumulator batteries during periods of low intensity of solar radiation. Based on the results of the technical and economic assessment the payback period of the investment project of the hybrid solar power plant were determined, which, based on the established modes of joint operation of the solar power plant and an energy storage system and the price conditions for buying and selling electricity on the energy market, is 7-10 years, depending from the commercial energy capacity of accumulator batteries.
