Summary:It had been investigated the characteristics and parameters of photovoltaic modules (PVM), which obtained by fast scanning of I-V characteristics by an automated measurement system on the Rasberry Pi microcomputer platform. A theoretical model and a data processing algorithm have been developed for the analysis of changes in FM parameters with voltage and obtaining their mutual dependencies. Numerical determining of these parameters allows characterize an electrical losses and recombination processes in PV cells under various external conditions. It had been shown that in some areas of the voltage near the maximum power point, the non-ideality factor of the pn-junction A can take a large values (up to 4-5), which is typical for PVM manufactured using modern technologies. The changes of the series resistance Rs and factor A in the vicinity of the open circuit voltage under various solar radiation level were analyzed.
