Резюме:The increase in the cost of energy resources for heating makes it necessary to search for cheaper sources of heat. The problem of economical heating in the heat energy sector and hot water supply remains relevant regardless of the method of heatingt, the structure of the heating system and the primary energy source. The production of electricity at wind power plants is currently one of the most commercialized directions for the use of renewable energy sources. However, it is widely believed that it is most beneficial to convert wind energy into electrical energy, and electrical energy into thermal energy. Many existing wind turbines convert excess electricity into heat. But the conversion of mechanical wind energy directly into thermal energy can save one stage of conversion and therefore be more efficient and economical. Wind turbines for the direct conversion of wind energy into thermal energy can contribute to the sustainable development of the energy sector, as they are a renewable energy source, can form a decentralized network and provide continuous heat generation when combined with thermal energy storage. This work is focused on the analysis of scientific articles devoted to the direct conversion of wind energy into thermal energy. The work presents the results of the analysis of scientific articles devoted to the process of direct conversion of wind energy into thermal energy, the main methods of direct conversion of wind energy into thermal energy are highlighted.
