Description
Summary:An analysis of the use of magnetoelectric generators for systems of converting low-potential mechanical energy into electrical energy was carried out. Such systems can be: wind turbines, mini hydroelectric power plants, low-power energy complexes, wave oscillations, etc. The analysis of existing mathematical models of magnetoelectric generators with axial magnetic flux of various designs and configurations was carried out. A three-dimensional field mathematical model of the studied generator was developed. With the help of the developed model, the static characteristics of this generator, as well as the values of magnetic induction in all structural elements, were investigated. An additional winding is used to stabilize the output voltage when the speed of rotation of the generator rotor changes. The use of a design with a double stator allows more efficient use of the useful volume of the generator, increasing its power and stabilizing the output voltage of the stator winding.
