Vidnovluvana energetikaРезюме: | The development of REG is an important component of maintaining the stability of Ukraine's energy supply system in martial law conditions. The importance of finding alternative models for ensuring the energy sustainability of the national economy is growing. An effective tool for solving this problem at the level of local communities can be the formation of local microgrid cooperatives of owners of REG stations based on the DP. The purpose of the proposed work is to study the prerequisites, options, mechanisms, and organizational forms of the formation of local REG microgrid-cooperatives based on DP as tools for strengthening the energy sustainability of local communities. Factors inhibiting the development of REG in Ukraine and alternative ways of stimulating development are considered. It is shown that an effective tool for accelerating the development of REG is using digital technologies to generate, accumulate, and analyze data on the exchange of energy flows and the provision of mutual settlements. Attention is focused on the multivariate models of the organization of REG cooperatives. The combination DP-cooperatives REG of the functions of digital experience, digital support of the production process, transactional and organizational platforms was noted. Peculiarities of functioning in the energy sphere of DP origin, access, and community are considered. Information, coordination, consultation, interaction, and mutual calculations levels of intensity of involvement members of energy cooperative are highlighted. Attention is focused on the effect of cross-subsidization as an important, specific for Ukraine, tool for stimulating the development of local REG microgrids. The mechanism of operation of the local REG microgrid cooperative was considered. Its structural elements are presented. The interests, motivation, performed functions, the value created for other participants, and the received own benefit of the groups of participants of the REG microgrid cooperative were analyzed. |
