Резюме:The article deals with the creation of a novel design of a long-burning pyrolysis furnace. The task was to develop a light and mobile wood-burning stove for heating rooms, dugouts and for the production of electricity based on a thermoelectric generator. To solve the problem, a vertical type gas generator plate with an upper fuel combustion zone was taken as the basis of the design. The stove is made of standard thin-sheet stainless steel pipes and is connected to a chimney with a diameter of 100 mm and a height of 4 m. The weight of the stove is 12.5 kg. 10 ... 12 kg of hard-leaf wood is placed in the furnace. According to the indicator of the ratio of the mass of firewood to the mass of the stove (1:1), the stove has no analogues in Ukraine. The scientific novelty of the work lies in ensuring the efficiency of pyrolysis gas combustion and increasing the efficiency of the pyrolysis furnace by heating the secondary air. The furnace uses secondary air heating for efficient combustion of pyrolysis gas. The conducted tests determined the burning duration of 10 kg of firewood for 5 hours. The thermal power of the wood stove is 8 kW, the efficiency is 82 ... 86 %. For equipping the stove with a thermoelectric generator, the surface density of the heat flow on the playing surface was experimentally determined, which was 1.2 ... 1.7 W/cm2, which is slightly less than for a natural gas stove. In the future, the efficiency of the furnace can be increased due to the use of stainless radiator pipes for the chimney.
