Резюме:This article analyses the use of geothermal cooling systems by air conditioning systems as a means of reducing the load on the power supply systems during the warm season. This load can be reduced by using more energy efficient technologies such as geothermal cooling systems. For this purpose, geothermal cooling systems were analysed depending on the source of cold, the scheme of cold extraction and the scheme of en-suring the temperature mode of the cooling medium in the building's cooling system. The analysis showed that the lowest energy consumption occurs when the temperature of the cold source of the geothermal cool-ing system is lower than the temperature of the cooling medium in the building's cooling system. This would eliminate the need for a chiller and significantly reduce energy consumption in the system. This type of cooling is called 'geocooling'. To compare the energy efficiency of different systems, the energy efficiency ratio (EER) is used, which is the ratio between the amount of cooling produced by the cooling system and the electrical energy consumed by the cooling system. It shows that the use of geo-cooling technology can reduce electricity consumption by 90% compared to the use of air-cooled chillers, and by 77-80% in the case of chillers with geo-thermal cooling systems.
