Zusammenfassung:Using wind and solar energy is one of the main trends ofcontemporary social development. Designing of energy facilitiesmust take into account the characteristics inherent in these renewableenergy sources, including dependence on weather conditions.From a user perspective, the process of energy flow lookslike a random, limited projected. Createa Web application for processing statistical data makes itpossible to solve application problems, including graphical display,making them as accessible to the user, easy to run fast atwork. As a test, a web application was created, designed for theprocessing of statistical data on solar radiation stored in textform or spreadsheet. The functional application can flexibly changefor various dependences. The application allows you to displaygraphically the level of solar radiation during the day for anymonth, the average level of insolation, the histogram distributionof insolation, summary charts and other indicators as needed.Also the combination of statistical data processing as solar radiationand wind speed is possible with it Web application.
