Резюме:A fuzzy logic-based linguistic model is developed to assess the reliability of lightning shielding failure rates in overhead transmission lines connecting wind farms to the grid. The model integrates key parameters, including the probability density of lightning current and the width of the shielding failure zone, to capture their combined effect on line vulnerability. Input and output variables are represented by fuzzy term sets with defined membership functions, and a reduced rule base synthesizes the relationships among variables. Simulation modeling of a 330 kV transmission line demonstrates the response surface and intensity distribution of shielding failure credibility, enabling rapid estimation of failure rates without analytical formalization. The approach can be adapted for high-voltage lines of various classes by adjusting scaling coefficients, providing a practical tool for designing and evaluating lightning protection systems in wind power integration.
