Vidnovluvana energetika| Резюме: | Currently, the cost of traditional energy for drying moisture contain mediums, including cereal and fruit and berry crops, occupy a considerable part in the fuel and energy balance of Ukraine.Exist a possibility of applying for the drying process the over frequency radiation energy (microwave radiation) used in a variety of technologies, and can be considered as a means ofaccelerated research a solar drying process.The main goal of the work is to research the character of changes the averaged over space the temperatures in time. As a result of experiments on physical models by microwave dryingmoisture contain mediums with comparable volumes in a solid phase and in a wet phase established that the in initial stage drying average temperature investigated materials increases linearly in time with the release on the saturation at the temperature boilmoisture (water) 100C under normal conditions.This pattern of temperature change has a qualitative explanation within the framework based on the theorem of divergence of a mathematical dynamics process model for the averaged byvolume temperature which can be used for a broad class of conditions, namely the values of electro and thermophysical characteristics of mediums, density values power and type of electromagnetic energy which causes heating mediums and its correlation to the density of energy which absorbed as a result evaporation moisture, and also of the conditions of heat exchange with the environment. |
