Сформулирована задача о взаимодействии государственных структур и СМИ с целью эффективной деятельности перед и во время чрезвычайных ситуаций. Моделирование выполнено с использованием модифицированной для условий задачи модели принятия совместного решения для агрегации преимуществ, которые выбирают отдельные люди, что позволило предложить функциональную модель взаимодействия государственных структур и СМИ в условиях чрезвычайных ситуаций. Она включает использование системы негативных обратных связей для нормализации общественного мнения. Описан алгоритм функционирования такой модели. Ил.: 3. Библиогр.: 10 найм. Поставлено задачу про взаємодію державних структур і ЗМІ з метою ефективної діяльності перед і під час надзвичайних ситуацій. Моделювання виконано з використанням модифікованої для умов задачі моделі прийняття спільного рішення для агрегації переваг, які вибирають окремі люди, що дозволило запропонувати функціональну модель взаємодії державних структур і ЗМІ в умовах надзвичайної ситуації. Вона включає використання системи негативних зворотних зв’язків для нормалізації суспільної думки. Описано алгоритм функціонування цієї моделі.
