It is shown that at each examination stage, involving the physical expert, certain problems arise, resulting, mostly, from the difference between the form of information representation by the expert and the form of information input into the decision support system. Conceptual recommendations are suggested, allowing examination organizers to avoid the detected problems and make the process of expert data collection more substantial and constructive. Suggested recommendations are to be used as a methodical basis during expert examinations and development of interface for decision support systems. Fig.: 7. Refs: 12 titles. Описаны основные особенности диалога с экспертом, характеризующие разные этапы проведения экспертизы. Показано, что на каждом из этапов экспертизы, в которых задействован эксперт, возникают определенные проблемы, обусловленные, в первую очередь, разницей между формой представления информации экспертом и формой ее ввода в систему поддержки принятия решений. Предложены концептуальные рекомендации, позволяющие избежать выявленных проблем, и сделать процесс получения экспертных данных более содержательным и конструктивным. Предложенные рекомендации следует использовать в качестве методической основы в процессе проведения экспертиз и разработки интерфейса систем поддержки принятия решений. Ил.: 7. Библиогр.: 12 наим. Описано основні особливості діалогу з експертом, які характеризують різні етапи проведення експертизи. Показано, що на кожному з етапів експертизи, в яких задіяний експерт, виникають певні проблеми, що зумовлені, здебільше, різницею між формою подання інформації експертом та формою її введення у систему підтримки прийняття рішень. Запропоновано концептуальні рекомендації, які дозволяють уникнути виявлених проблем і зробити процес отримання даних від експертів більш змістовним і конструктивним. Запропоновані рекомендації мають використовуватись як методичні основи в процесі проведення експертиз і розробки інтерфейсу систем підтримки прийняття рішень.
