Enhancement of the targeted dynamic alternatives estimation method based on expert knowledge base in decision-making support systems, which is used to determine the projects ratings is provided. The most important improvements of the method to include the definition of compatibility goals through more efficient algorithm, determining an appropriate planning interval for each generated knowledge base together with the definition of the set of fixed points of the timeline for further calculation of project ratings for formed time intervals, enabling alternatives dynamic evaluation with respect to any (not just the main) goal, partial performing of project implementation, the determination of the integral relative effectiveness of the projects. Enhanced methods are used to improve efficiency and functionality and allow wider practically apply the method in modern decision-making support systems. Fig.: 5. Refs: 6 titles. |

Предложено усовершенствование метода целевого динамического оценивания альтернатив, который применяется для определения рейтингов проектов на основе экспертных баз знаний в системах поддержки принятия решений. К важнейшим усовершенствованиям метода нужно отнести: определение групп совместимости целей с помощью более эффективного алгоритма; определение целесообразного интервала планирования для каждой сформированной базы знаний вместе с определением множества реперных точек временной шкалы для дальнейшего вычисления рейтингов проектов для образованных временных промежутков; предоставление возможности динамического оценивания альтернатив относительно любой (не только главной) цели; учет частичного выполнения проектов; определение интегрального показателя относительной эффективности проектов. Усовершенствования метода служат для повышения его эффективности и функциональности и разрешают более широко практически применять метод в современных системах поддержки принятия решений. Ил.: 5. Библиогр.: 6 найм. Запропоновано удосконалення методу цільового динамічного оцінювання альтернатив, який застосовується для визначення рейтингів проектів на основі експертних баз знань у системах підтримки прийняття рішень. До найважливіших удосконалень методу слід віднести: визначення груп сумісності цілей за більш ефективним алгоритмом; визначення доцільного інтервалу планування для кожної сформованої бази знань разом з визначенням множини реперних точок часовоїшкали для подальшого обчислення рейтингів проектів дляутворених часових проміжків; надання можливості динамічного оцінювання альтернатив стосовно будь-якої (не лише головної) цілі; врахування часткового виконання проектів; визначення інтегрального показника відносної ефективності проектів. Удосконалення методу служать для підвищення його ефективності та функціональності і дозволяють ширше практично застосовувати метод у сучасних системах підтримки прийняття рішень.
