The practical significance of work consists in justification of approaches and tools for the information and analytical environment for carrying out scientific and analytical researches. Fig.: 3. Представлена функциональная схема системы мониторинга, адаптивной агрегации и обобщения потоков информации из глобальных компьютерных сетей для обеспечения информационно-аналитической деятельности. Приведено описание основных этапов обработки информации и информационных потоков. Приведено краткое описание макета — экспериментальной системы. Практическое значение работы состоит в обосновании подходов и средств создания информационно-аналитической среды для проведения научно-аналитических исследований. Ил.: 3. Библиогр.: 10 наим. Представлено функціональну схему узагальненої системи моніторингу, адаптивної агрегації та узагальнення потоків інформації з глобальних комп’ютерних мереж для забезпечення інформаційно-аналітичної діяльності. Надано опис основних етапів обробки інформації та інформаційних потоків, наведено стислий опис макету — експери менттальної системи. Практичне значення роботи полягає в обґрунтуванні підходів і засобів створення інформаційно-аналітичного середовища для проведення науково-аналітичних досліджень.
