Рассмотрен подход к повышению адаптивных свойств информационных компонентов распределенной инфраструктуры к эволюционным изменениям операционного окружения с использованием современных информационных технологий. Подход может быть использован при создании объединенного информационного пространства из имеющихся автономных информационных ресурсов при решении сложных многопрофильных задач органами государственного управления. Розглянуто підхід до підвищення адаптивних властивостей інформаційних компонентів розподіленої інфраструктури до еволюційних змін операційного середовища з використанням сучасних інформаційних технологій.
