It is proposed the optimization models of integrated problems of location service centers (servers) in a network structure with simultaneous allocation clients to servers, built in an accessible and powerful spreadsheet environment for the formation of organizational and management solutions and providing a flexible operation of the communication system through its reconfiguration namely by the definition of its renewed structure and functions.
