A radio physical model of the troposphere which is a coupling equation of the radiophysical parameters of the troposphere with polarization parameters of electromagnetic waves emitted and received by the antenna of marine radar is considered. The radio physical model allows, in the way of a ship according to the measured gradients of the refractive index, to determine the trajectory of propagation of electromagnetic waves, which affect radar detection navigation facilities.
