Influence of laser radiation and mercury vapors on the structure of se100-xtex amorphous films
The structure of nominally pure and sustained in mercury vapor Se100–xTex amorphous films (0 ≤ x ≤ 15) was studied by Raman spectroscopy. It is established that the matrix of nominally pure films is constructed mainly by structural groups of Se8 and contains helical chains of Sen of different length...
