| description | The modern electricity market places strict requirements on the accuracy of forecasting daily load schedules. For industrial enterprises that are participants in the bilateral contracts market, deviations of actual consumption from the planned one (imbalances) lead to significant financial losses. Traditional approaches to planning, based on static standards and averaged statistical data, do not take into account the dynamics of changes in the technical condition of equipment (wear, temperature conditions, vibrations), which reduces the accuracy of forecasts. This study aims to propose an architecture of a software-hardware system for monitoring and planning energy consumption of major energy market consumers, participants in the energy market of long-term contracts, taking into account the technical condition of production equipment in real time. A three-level model is proposed, including edge, fog and cloud levels covering all stages from data processing to decision making. The proposed architecture is reviewed from the point of view of connections between components, modules, sequences, and data exchange. Unlike traditional systems and approaches to energy consumption planning, which mainly use averaged statistical data to calculate energy consumption, the proposed solution integrates semantic modeling methods with the analysis of telemetric information from equipment sensors, which allows drawing conclusions and detecting deviations in equipment operation in real time and responding to them in a timely manner. The implementation of the proposed architecture allows enterprises to move from reactive to proactive energy consumption management. The testing results show that taking into account the current technical condition of the equipment allows you to reduce the forecast error and minimize the number of imbalances, which ensures the economic efficiency of the enterprise in a dynamic energy market. Запропоновано архітектуру програмно-апаратної системи контролю та планування енергоспоживання вагомих споживачів енергоринку, учас-ників енергоринку довгострокових договорів, з урахуванням технічного стану виробничого обладнання в режимі реального часу. Пропонована архітектура оглядається з точки зору зв’язків між компонентами, модулів, послідовностей і обміну даними. На відміну від традиційних систем і підходів до планування енергоспоживання, які переважно викорис-товують усереднені статистичні дані для обчислення енергоспоживання, запропоноване рішення інтегрує методи семантичного моделювання з аналізом телеметричної інформації від сенсорів обладнання, що дозволяє формувати висновки і в реальному часі виявляти відхилення в роботі обладнання та вчасно реагувати на них.
