Zusammenfassung:The research examines the characteristics of information systems that form part of critical infrastructure. It demonstrates that the resilience of critical infrastructure (CI) depends on the level of functional stability and cybersecurity of information systems (IS). The study formulates the task of maintaining the functional stability of CI IS in the event of threats and emergencies. A formalized description of the task of ensuring the functional stability of CI IS has been provided. The task of assessing the functional stability of information infrastructure in the event of cyberattacks is formulated and formalized. The scale of attacks on IS and the nature of the tools used, based on stolen credentials, necessitate strengthening comprehensive protection of IS data of CI at all stages of their life cycle - from collection and transmission to processing, analysis and storage using cryptographic mechanisms, data masking technologies in the processes of their transmission and migration, as well as the introduction of strict policies and procedures for managing access to information resources. It is recommended to use the Data-Centric Security model, which involves the formation of protection policies depending on the value of the data, with adaptive determination of the level and means of protection. Measures have been identified that can effectively reduce security risks and increase the functional stability of the CI information and communication infrastructure, including data management tools, cloud services, and artificial intelligence technologies. Special attention is paid to intelligent approaches to ensuring the functional stability of IS under cyberattacks, using modern methods of organization, management, storage and protection of data, application of artificial intelligence technologies to support the functional stability of CI IS.
