description This study investigates the security challenges and survivability risks of territorially distributed information computer systems (TRICS) operating within a unified information space (UIS). While UIS ensures logical and semantic consistency, centralized management, and data integrity, it simultaneously introduces vulnerabilities that threaten system resilience. The research identifies critical attack vectors such as data poisoning, privilege escalation, and distributed denial-of-service (DDoS), emphasizing their potential to undermine trust, consistency, and availability. Particular attention is devoted to the interdependence of access policies across domains, where semantic misalignment or unauthorized role changes can trigger cascading failures. It is highlighted the difficulty of incident detection in asynchronous, multi-domain environments, proposing semantic correlation of events and ontology-based reasoning as mechanisms to reveal hidden or fragmented threats. Risks associated with system recovery are analyzed, including state divergence among nodes, transactional inconsistency, and disruption of business logic, all of which compromise survivability. Furthermore, the article interprets the CAP theorem in the context of UIS, demonstrating the inherent trade-offs between consistency, availability, and partition tolerance. The novelty of the work lies in the integration of ontology-driven synchronization of access policies, trust modeling, and reasoning-based incident detection into a comprehensive strategy for maintaining TRICS survivability. This approach provides a framework for balancing CAP constraints, ensuring semantic coherence, and enhancing resilience against complex, multi-domain threats. Fig.: 3. Refs: 17 titles.
