It is argued that the peculiarity and privilege of managers is the ability to make decisions and thus personally organize the work of employees to implement these decisions. The fate of social institutions and social organizations depends on the quality of the management decisions made. The article notes that in the conditions of war, which has been going on in Ukraine for the fourth year, the responsibility of managers for the decisions made increases many times. War and peace, patriotism and hatred of the enemy, whether to remain under enemy fire in one's own home or to go away from the war, even abroad. The choice between these alternatives is actually a choice between life and death. Assessing the negative impact of military actions on the life of territorial communities, it must be said that in different regions of our country its consequences differ significantly. And, therefore, a vitally necessary measure is the implementation of social diagnostics of management decisions in conditions of military crisis, which includes an assessment of the social effectiveness of management of territorial communities during the war. The article emphasizes that the peculiarity and privilege of managers is the ability to make decisions and thus personally organize the work of employees to implement these decisions. The fate of social institutions and social organizations depends on the quality of the management decisions made. As noted in the article, in conditions of war, which has been going on in Ukraine for the fourth year, the responsibility of managers for the decisions made increases many times.
