Резюме:This paper presents the results of the investigations into microwave probe measurements conducted at the Department for Functional Elements of Control Systems of the Institute of Technical Mechanics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the State Space Agency of Ukraine over the past five years. These investigations resulted in a two-probe implementation of microwave interferometry that allows one to measure both the displacement of a mechanical object and the complex reflection coefficient of a material specimen.
