Visnyk of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine| Summary: | The report analyzes the experience of the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics of the NAS of Ukraine in conducting the works in the area of fundamental thermophysical engineering of buildings and structures with the aim of bringing them to the state of passive buildings, "zero energy" buildings, "smart" buildings providing that their energy sustainability is increased and greenhouse gas emissions are minimized. The results of these studies are aimed at solving urgent and strategically important scientific and technical problems related to a significant increase in the energy efficiency of existing, reconstructed and newly constructed buildings and structures of Ukraine in accordance with the requirements of the EU energy and climate legislation.
